Assistant Park Manager - Ream Hills Holiday Park

Overview: As the Assistant Park Manager at Ream Hills Holiday Park, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations, encompassing a diverse range of responsibilities. Reporting directly to the owners you will provide exemplary customer service, drive the lettings of our luxury accommodations, organise bookings for on-site lettings, and manage health and safety paperwork. Utilise experience to promote and rent luxury accommodations to both existing and new customers.

Booking Management:

  • Organise and coordinate on-site rentals, ensuring smooth processes for guest bookings.

Pressure Management:

  • Demonstrate composure under pressure, efficiently handling operational challenges.

Skills, Experience, and Qualities Required:

  • Health and safety paperwork management experience.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft and bespoke software.
  • Full, preferably clean, driving license.

Responsibilities:

  • Helping to manage the day-to-day running of the Holiday Park, also delegating and managing staff members.
  • Managing industrial property portfolio including monthly payments, lettings, leasing with tenants, and commercial letting agency & solicitors.
  • Accounts managing for both companies & leasing with bookkeepers.
  • Managing on-site installations such as BT Fibre broadband.
  • Actively monitoring and reassessing marketing strategies, campaigns, and pricing.
  • Accounts payable/receivable for all companies.
  • Full-time personal assistant to the Director.
  • H&S tasks and management including water testing and hot tub pathology paperwork.
  • Insurance management of all companies.
  • Understanding of holiday park booking package, third-party booking agencies & high level of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Management: 4 years (Required).
  • Work remotely.
  • Experience in restaurant and bar management.
  • Driving Licence (preferred).
  • Ability to Relocate: Relocate before starting work (required).
