The company has a turnover of circa 40 million pounds and due to expansion, they are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a full-time and permanent basis. You will work Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm (35 hours per week), and have the option to work on a hybrid basis.
Your New Role As The Accounts Assistant:
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be a fantastic team player and be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within an Accounts Department.
• Sales ledger day to day accounting functions, including ownership of ad hoc invoicing function.
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Monthly management of the company credit card statement and reconciliation
• Provide holiday cover/support for colleagues in the finance team if required
• Any other ad hoc task/projects when required
Flexible attitude and the ability to work successfully in a close team environment
• Good IT and Excel skills (Sage 200 would be an advantage)
• Private health cover (available after passing probation - which is 3 months)
• Hybrid working - 2 days working from home
• Pension - company contributes 3%
• Parking on-site
