JUNIOR INTERNAL TECHNICAL SALES

Key Skills: Some basic Creative Technical skills such as CAD, AutoCAD, Revit, Relux or Dialux

As a Junior Internal Technical Sales Consultant, you'll play a vital role in the team, combining your technical skills and creativity to support company's sales efforts. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the lighting and electrical manufacturing industry.

Design 3D presentations and manage technical sales administration.
Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and provide expert advice on installations and product operations.
Undergo training on mainstream architectural software such as CAD, AutoCAD, Revit, Relux, or Dialux.
Produce detailed 3D images and wiring diagrams for client applications.
Process orders, introduce new products, and ensure adherence to quality control and health and safety policies.
Comprehensive training on industry-leading software and product ranges.

We are seeking candidates with basic computer literacy who have a keen eye for detail and the ability to concentrate and thrive in a fast-paced, open-plan environment. Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner are essential, as is a willingness to learn the technical details of our product range and sell these to our customers.
