SENCare are working closely with a special school in the surrounding area of Watford. The special school caters for secondary aged pupils with; autism(ASD), ADHD, Social Emotional Mental Health(SEMH) and, challenging behaviour.

The School want the students to be socially capable and to make friendships. They aim to help them build the knowledge and skills to be successful in their chosen pathway. The School know that engaging in education in a wider sense can help develop motivation and curiosity about subject learning to help secure onward pathways that are meaningful. Plan and teach lessons, for small groups and individual pupils.

* Prepare teaching materials, take registers and write reports.

* Manage behaviour, mark work and talk to parents and carers about their pupil's progress.

Appropriate RTW in the UK for full-time work.

* QTS or QTLS.

* Previous experience working within a special school(ASD, learning difficulties and, SEMH).

* Previous experience planning/ delivering lessons
