Our client is a well-known Consultancy connecting brands with advertising/marketing agencies, helping brands unlock commercial advantage through their marketing intelligence platform, a daily destination for accessible content, and their pitch consultancy which enabling brands to make better choices in their agency search.
The Customer Success Executive is a vital role, delivering exceptional client servicing and stand-out customer experience for our brand and agency community (the members).

The Customer Success Executive is part of the Account Management team and will be focused on providing day-to-day admin / systems support and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Driving best practice on the in-house, bespoke platform (CRM), you will:

• Member agency profile support and quality control
• Running virtual onboarding & platform tutorials
• Communications with member agencies around news, product updates and industry trends
• Collating bespoke statistics & data from the platform
• Collaborating teams in the business to leverage the Consultancy's position and content
• Coordinating meetings and supporting on general ad-hoc work
• Using the CRM platform to set up basic automation processes and improve team efficiency
• Providing admin support to the Account Management team on pitch processes
• Monitoring trade press for relevant news and insights
