Training and Recruitment Administrator

Psicon is a leading and rapidly growing provider of neurodevelopmental assessments for Autism and ADHD, and works extensively with the NHS, as well as providing private assessments to the public. The organisation offers a full range of neurodiversity services across the lifespan but has also become one of the largest providers of children’s neurodevelopmental services in the UK.
Demand for high-quality support for neurodiverse individuals has increased across the UK and the demand for face-to-face services in the south-east region has recently enabled Psicon to open a new Basingstoke office whilst supporting existing services from their Canterbury office.
As a Senior Recruiter , you will be expected to manage talent engagement systems and processes to support onboarding high-quality candidates in either office / management roles or engage with clinical talent across the UK.
You will be at the centre of all recruitment activity, managing expectations of stakeholders, advising on campaign approach, creating innovative advertising, keeping candidates informed as they progress through onboarding, and much more. A minimum of two years recruitment / resourcing experience ideally with Recruitment Agency & Internal recruitment background.
Experience of a healthcare setting would be advantageous but not essential as industry training will be provided.
Experienced at using applicant tracking systems, including reporting and general system administration is required.
Must be able to work in a hybrid model of 2 days in Canterbury Office, 3 days remote working or be able to attend the office to meet colleagues wherever necessary.
