As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant at Gazelle, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier candidates within our exciting portfolio of PSL (Preferred Supplier List) clients. Working from our vibrant new office in central London, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to our valued clients.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building activities.
Develop and nurture strong partnerships with our PSL clients to understand their unique recruitment needs and challenges.
Act as a trusted partner to clients, providing insights and recommendations on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
Facilitate the onboarding process for placed candidates, including pre-employment checks, contract negotiation, and initial orientation.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, client communications, and recruitment activities using our CRM system.
Track key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction, and provide regular reports to management.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a delivery-focused role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
Results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
Proficient use the full Microsoft Office suite
