If you are a demand generation and marketing professional with experience marketing and distributing donation platforms or other nonprofit platforms by targeting audiences at medium to enterprise-sized nonprofits, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in continuing our growth trajectory, increasing our momentum, and developing the future of our demand generation and marketing strategies, collaborating closely with senior team members to help win business and grow revenue. This position is perfect for those eager to showcase their demand generation and marketing skills in a flexible, startup environment, and who are ready to make a positive impact within the nonprofit sector.

Help manage demand generation efforts within organic marketing channels, including producing content from webinars, blogs and articles, content collaborations with strategic partners, managing social media channels, email newsletters, and exploratory channels including paid advertisements, podcasts and interviews, leads buys, sponsored newsletters, PR, review sites etc.
Develop new marketing content and find creative ways to distribute new, existing, or repurposed content.
Help manage social media accounts, publish content via blogs, emails, and web copy and help run webinars, podcasts and interviews.
Operate and be accountable according to strictly set performance KPIs.
Continuously develop messaging and establish repeatable processes, templates and best practices for marketing and campaign management and growth.
Collaborate within the company to develop and execute cutting-edge marketing strategies and tech, aligning them with Everfund's core objectives.
Represent Everfund at key industry events to extend our network and influence.
Play a crucial role in managing and refining our CRM, marketing and sales processes, contributing to the ongoing strategy evolution.
Develop and maintain comprehensive analytics dashboards, focusing on lead forecasting, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to drive data informed decisions and optimise marketing strategies.

3+ years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing or a related field.
~ Proven track record with demand generation and marketing processes, in B2B SaaS or payments*,* preferably targeted within the nonprofit sector.
~ Adept at generating B2B leads through a multitude of marketing and lead generation practises and channels, and experience with Account Based Marketing.
~ Experience successfully creating demand and generating leads with mainly organic and experimental channels, and supplementary paid channels with limited budgets.
~ Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems and communication.
~ A strategic thinker, capable of aligning tasks with the company's long-term goals.
