Join Our Team: Strategic Customer Lead Wanted Mobile Telecoms.

Are you a dynamic and strategic thinker with a passion for driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships? Join our leading mobile telecoms company as a Strategic Customer Lead in a permanent role. This exciting opportunity offers hybrid working with 3 days per week in our Greater Reading office.

Main Purpose of the Role:

As our Strategic Customer Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in our Sales & Commercial Team. Your main responsibility will be to establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across commercial Mobile Operations, driving sustained revenue growth and securing mutually beneficial contracts for the company. You'll lead, shape, and expand our go-to-market approach in the UK Market, driving business growth and maximizing opportunities within our industry partnerships and accounts with a value of over £100 million annual turnover.

  • Proven ability to execute objectives within an educated buyer environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including board-level engagement, with exceptional written, verbal, and presentational skills.
  • Personal authenticity, trust, and respect, aligned with our Be a Pro values.
  • Collaborative mindset, working cross-functionally both internally and externally to develop customer relationships.
  • Experience in managing relationships with contracts valued at over £100 million.
  • Strong negotiation skills for complex services within mobile telecoms.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand different personality types and ways of working across stakeholder groups, thinking innovatively and non-linearly to progress objective delivery.
