Sign Solutions was established in 1998, as leading experts in the provision of interpreting and translation services. We are friendly, professional and offer helpful advice to our clients, the Deaf community and language service professionals.
We are a specialist service provider and the only organisation in the UK that offers: face to face & remote interpreting, training, communication support, translations and pre-booked/on-demand video interpreting all in one place.
We provide face to face interpreting for all sectors across the UK including contracts in medical legal and education. RBSLI registered British Sign Language interpreters and a range of other communication professionals.
Our training centre provides qualifications in BSL, Deaf Awareness as well as online CPD courses for British Sign Language interpreters and company employees covering a range of HR and business topics.
Our BSL translation service creates bespoke accessible digital content ensuring information is accessible to Deaf people
Daily interactions with public and private sector clients
Analyse client data to improve access to services for the client and drive increased accessibility and inclusion
Implementation, nurturing and renewal of contracts
Growth of client accounts and service lines consumed
Conversion of clients to contribute towards ESG and Net zero targets
Drive and lead commercial negotiations
Implementation and re-implementation to support contracted clients awareness
Previous experience in client management at a strategic level
Willingness to travel
Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions and customer service
Experience of Power BI and dynamic client reporting
Previous experience in client management at a strategic level
Target related bonus
