Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact Essential Qualifications & Experience- Chemistry degree, with a focus on formulation- Project management experience, specifically handling development projects within the FMCG sector, from initial brief to commercializationNice to Have:- Experience in formulating biocides and cosmetic products- Awareness of CLP regulations and biocidal claims substantiation testing standardsKey Responsibilities:As a Development Chemist, you will:- Manage research and development projects, taking them from initial brief to production scale-up- Play an active role in formulation work- Collaborate with other departments, including Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Marketing- Ensure successful product launches by adhering to requested launch dates, cost targets, and claim requirements- Handle briefs from both customer requests and internal business strategy- Provide technical assistance, working closely with Operations and Quality- Support the Laboratory Supervisor as neededPosition Requirements:- Oversee new product development, including formulation work- Maintain accurate project minutes and updates throughout the process- Present projects to key stakeholders, including Commercial and Marketing teams- Regularly communicate progress during critical project stages- Timelines and Planning:- Develop and manage project timelines
