We’re looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Manager with a passion for sales and
relationship-building to join our growing team. building lasting partnerships across niche, high-integrity sectors.
Shape and refine the company’s go-to-market strategy, helping define target sectors, service offerings,
and pricing approaches as the business scales.

• Use telephone sales, marketing techniques, and networking to attract and convert new business from

Act as the primary point of contact for all new business and sales enquiries, providing a professional
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, client
satisfaction, and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and recruitment, to align business development
Provide input into recruitment delivery processes, ensuring smooth handovers between business
development and candidate delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity, and
helping to refine workflows, reporting templates, and lead-tracking processes.
• Work closely with the leadership team to forecast sales, monitor performance, and continuously
improve business development processes.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs, consistently contributing to company revenue goals.
