Role - Guest Relations Manager

Our Guest Relations team act as ambassadors of the Lapland brand. They help our guests with any questions, requests, or feedback they may have. Passionate about delivering a premium guest experience, the Guest Relations team are located at key points across the experience, ready to help a guest with whatever they may need, at a moment’s notice.

The Relations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the Guest Relations team deliver a seamless experience for visitors. They will conduct briefings and handovers, & will act as a point of escalation for guests needing any kind of assistance. This role would be a great fit for candidates with a passion for customer service or individuals who have worked in an environment delivering a premium or VIP guest experience. We’re looking for individuals who like to get involved in the action and are committed to making the event a magical experience for all who attend

Where is Lapland?

Lapland is based in Whitmoor Forest, in Crown Estate on Swinley Road, Winkfield Row near Ascot SL5 8BD.

Key Dates

  • E-LEARNING: You will be required to complete e-Learning prior to starting your in-person training.
  • PAID TRAINING: Your training plan will vary depending on your role. Training will take place on select dates between the end of October 2024 and the beginning of November 2024.
  • LIVE EVENT: In 2024 Lapland will run from 9th November – Saturday 24th December.
