We are partnering with a global leader in the construction services and equipment industry to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative for export markets. This strategic role is focused on driving market expansion and revenue growth across key territories in Africa . The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, dealer network development, and a deep understanding of the formwork, scaffolding, and access solutions landscape within the African market. Key Responsibilities Drive sales of formwork, scaffolding, and access solutions within assigned export markets across Africa . Build and maintain strong relationships with local dealers, distributors, and key end-user customers (e.g., major construction firms, EPC contractors). Identify new business opportunities and market potential in emerging sectors such as oil & gas, mining, and infrastructure. Conduct market analysis and monitor the competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and economic trends across African markets. Prepare quotations, lead negotiations, and close deals. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events across the region. Collaborate closely with internal engineering, product support, and logistics teams to ensure project execution and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience A minimum of 5 years of proven international sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have directly sold into African markets . Experience in the construction, formwork, scaffolding, industrial equipment, or related sectors. A demonstrated ability to develop new business and an existing network of contacts within the African construction or industrial sectors is highly desirable. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles in a B2B environment. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in French or Portuguese is a significant advantage given the linguistic diversity of the continent. Willingness and ability to undertake travel A valid driver’s license, cultural sensitivity, and a proven ability to work effectively across diverse business environments.
