Myriad Solutions is expanding, and we're looking for driven individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you'll learn how to create opportunities, represent brands and support live campaigns across multiple sectors.

Sales is at the heart of what we do and you'll be speaking with customers, presenting products, generating interest and driving results for the campaigns you're part of.

What you'll be doing

  • Engaging with customers through various campaign activity
  • Creating interest, generating leads and presenting products clearly
  • Representing clients across various industries with professionalism
  • Understanding campaign goals and contributing to daily and weekly targets
  • Learning proven sales techniques through expert coaching
  • Building rapport, handling questions and delivering strong customer experiences
  • Supporting new campaign launches and promotional activities
  • Working closely with team leaders to improve performance and results

Our progression pathway

Stage 1: Sales Representative (Training & Foundation)

Develop communication, product knowledge and customer engagement.

Stage 2: Trainee Sales Manager

Take ownership of results, support campaign improvements and mentor new starters.

Stage 3: Junior Sales Manager

Guide small-team activity, contribute to coaching sessions and help coordinate targets.

Stage 4: Senior Sales/Campaign Manager

Support campaign structure, performance planning and wider team development.

Progression is based on development — not time.
