Senior Procurement Manager – Property (Construction)
Salary: £80,000 to £88,000 + 20% bonus, matched pension up to 7.5% + PMI + 25 days AL + additional benefits
Hertfordshire (3 days a week)
Are you a senior procurement professional ready to take ownership of a major Property & Construction portfolio across a complex, multi site estate?
This is a rare opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role overseeing all procurement activity across building maintenance, civils, roofing, FM asset upgrades, and new build / refurbishment projects. You will be shaping commercial strategy for a global operation where scale, safety, and uptime truly matter.
Leading procurement strategy for a broad Property category spanning civil engineering, construction, reactive & planned maintenance, and capex works.
#Managing and developing a team of 2–3 Procurement Managers.
#Partnering closely with Property leadership, engineers, and project teams across a multi-billion-pound estate.
#Driving value, compliance, and supplier performance across mission-critical services.
#Taking ownership of major tendering activity, long-term framework agreements, and supplier development programs.
#Ensuring all buildings remain safe, compliant, and “fit for purpose” through robust supply chain management.
Strong background in Property, Construction or Civils procurement
#A blend of commercial acumen, operational understanding, and value-creation mindset
