As a Digital Delivery Coordinator, you will support the Digital Delivery Manager and team in the implementation, regular review and delivery of a Project Digital Strategy, execution plan, digital standards, methodology and procedures.

Ensuring compliance with Balfour Beatty, Customer, Government and project standards and procedures relating to Digital and owning the integration within the Project to deliver a successful Digital project. Support the Digital Delivery Manager (DDM) to produce the Project Information Management Plan and Digital Execution Plan and all documents to meet the Customer Requirements in the Employer Information Requirements

Support the Project Team in the delivery of Graphical, Non-Graphical and Documents as an Interface manager.

Support the Digital Delivery Manager (DDM) to educate people, implement process and use technology during the project delivery phase construction phase; and to develop model (s) with data integrated into the design, construction and facilities operation/maintenance all in accordance with the Project Execution Plan

Support with educating the project team and Supply Chain members for the use and development of the Project Information Model Graphical and Non-Graphical (3D Model)

Support the Project team to implement processes/culture/technology:

It can be used during project delivery and aid in reviewing potential conflicts. An As-Built model is created for Handover and Commissioning and own/support

The Asset Information/data can be linked to the model producing a 6D Model for Handover and Commissioning own/support i.Digital Site Management Techniques / mobile tech is facilitated

Research, develop, implement, review new ways of working which will benefit the project by increasing efficiency, reducing cost, improve quality, sustainability and aiming for Zero Harm Collate data for senior management review

Provide on-going internal training / technical orientation to new staff / external training

Facilitate 3D coordination meetings with Internal and external project partners

Promote the Benefits of Digital Project Delivery in the processes of 3d,4d,5d,6d to others

Facilitate the process of the Digital Coordination between project participants

BSc, MSc, BEng, MEng, HND/HDC or qualified by experience with an understanding and proven delivery of infrastructure or Building managing multiple processes / schemes

NVQ - Level 5 or 2-5 years of project / Educational experience

Can demonstrate Technical ability with the use of Digital Software applications and train others

Able to Mentor all variations of Digital Technicians and Digital Engineers

An understanding of the latest industry guidelines for Digital project delivery such as BS and PAS

Experience of working collaboratively in either a consultant or contractor environment

Ability to form effective relationships with the project team, supply chain partners and clients under time pressure

Demonstrable track record of delivering a high quality product to tight deadlines

Primary Software Skills in Model Authoring. Relative to Project Requirements

Microsoft 2013 or Higher

Can demonstrate strong technical ability with the use of Digital software applications

Valid CSCS card

Some understanding of Design, Construction, Surveying and Asset Management

GIS application experience

Synchro Software experience or equivalent

Progressive Quality, Short interval control and model coordination applications - i.e. BIM 360 Suite / Bentley
