We are looking for someone to lead, develop and line manage the technical capability within the IT Service Delivery team, assuming responsibility for the delivery of internal and external tasking and contribute to the planning activities. Monitoring and event management

* Service configuration management

* Deployment management

* Deliver IT projects adhering to relevant standards, policies and procedures including the Change Management Process, for both internal and external customers;

* Establish best practice for the delivery of projects, both internal and external through mentoring, procedures, systems and standards

* Experience with Server Architecture, Firewalls, and Routers

* Experience with Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Skype, and MS SharePoint

* Experience with System Integration, Network Infrastructure, Virtualisation, VLANs, VPN

Experience with Solaris and Linux

Due to the highly secure nature of the projects you’ll be working on, you must be willing to undergo and maintain appropriate UK government DV-Level security clearance
