Sales & Marketing Director Location: Nottinghamshire (Hybrid)
Circa £70k + Car/Allowance + Bonus & Potential Share Options
We are a leading company specializing in CCTV and telematics solutions, committed to providing innovative and reliable technology to our clients. Our headquarters are based in Nottinghamshire, and we operate on a hybrid work model that combines both in-office and remote work for flexibility and efficiency.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts. You will have the opportunity to shape our strategic direction, enhance our brand visibility, and significantly contribute to our revenue targets. Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, driving them to exceed sales goals.
Marketing Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Oversee digital marketing, content creation, and promotional activities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the CCTV and telematics markets. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Budget Management: Oversee the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics. Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Experience: Proven track record in a senior sales and marketing role, preferably within the technology, CCTV, or telematics industries.
Experience in managing and developing a sales force.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and performance metrics.
Flexibility: Comfortable with a hybrid working model, balancing remote work with regular in-office presence.
