Collections Team Leader

We’re looking for a Collections Team Leader Senior to join our Enterprise team team and help us unleash the potential of every business.
Our Collections teams provide support to our Global Business customers, managing accounts with a strong focus on cash collection, and aged debt clearance. You’ll be part of a high performing, fast-paced team who always strive to exceed cash and quality targets whilst operating in line with FCA, DPA and Banking Code Regulations.
Our teams work Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm. We offer a hybrid working model split between working in our Manchester city centre office and home working, so good for work-life balance and there are optional overtime opportunities available.
What you’ll own as the Collections Team Leader
You will be managing a team of 7-10 high performing agents in a fast-paced environment, you will ne responsible for managing performance against KPI's.
You’ll be responsible for the planning and distribution of work to a team of Collections Advisors, ensuring there is a strong focus on cash collection, and excellent customer service. Communication is a key part of this role, building effective internal and external business relationships.
Team leader or Supervisory experience
Ability to develop, lead and motivate team
B2B collections experience
Good Excel skills
It’s a Bonus If You Have
