The Role:
This is an exciting time for someone to be responsible for building on a platform of highly recognized, leading global brands across multiple sectors. And it is within this domain that you will meet with new customers from across the UK/Europe to secure new opportunities.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify and source leads
- Develop leads created via a highly valued customer service reputation
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
- Work with the Leadership team to agree and target key client sectors
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process through credentials pitch; requirements gathering; solution pitch; negotiation; close and handover to the wider business
Requirements:
- A successful track record of sales achievement within the Outsourced Contact Centre sector or within People based Service Solutions
- A recognized talent within the industry
- A high level of knowledge from within the Contact Centre Technology space, customer contact strategies and market propositions
- Highly competent in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Confident negotiator and with the ability to ‘close the deal’
- Excellent stakeholder management expertise
- Have a genuine passion for delivering high quality customer service
