The Role:

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source leads
  • Develop leads created via a highly valued customer service reputation
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
  • Work with the Leadership team to agree and target key client sectors
  • Actively and successfully manage the sales process through credentials pitch; requirements gathering; solution pitch; negotiation; close and handover to the wider business

Requirements:

  • A successful track record of sales achievement within the Outsourced Contact Centre sector or within People based Service Solutions
  • A recognized talent within the industry
  • A high level of knowledge from within the Contact Centre Technology space, customer contact strategies and market propositions
  • Highly competent in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Confident negotiator and with the ability to ‘close the deal’
  • Excellent stakeholder management expertise
  • Have a genuine passion for delivering high quality customer service
