Bars Manager - Beautiful Luxury Property London Mayfair Bars Manager - Salary Package £55,000 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bars Manager to join the team at a prestigious boutique luxury property located central London. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of back-office operations, coupled with extensive knowledge and expertise in crafting exquisite cocktails. Key Responsibilities: Bar Management:

Oversee all aspects of bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Staff Training and Development:

Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to maintain exceptional standards of service and hospitality. Inventory Management:

Implement effective inventory control procedures to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Financial Management:

Monitor budgets, analyze financial data, and implement strategies to optimize revenue and reduce costs. Compliance and Safety:

Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe and compliant working environment. Customer Experience:

Continuously strive to enhance the guest experience by delivering personalized service and creating memorable moments. Menu Development:

Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative cocktail menus that reflect the property's luxury brand and cater to diverse tastes. Event Management:

Coordinate and oversee bar service for special events, private functions, and promotions. Requirements: Proven experience as a Bars Manager in a luxury hospitality environment, preferably within a boutique property or established restaurant. Strong knowledge of back-office operations, including inventory management, financial analysis, and compliance. Exceptional cocktail knowledge and proficiency in mixology techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain high standards of service during peak hours. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and suppliers. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
