Job Title: HR Administrator
HR Manager
5 hours per week (Flexible for the right candidate)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; Term time only (38 weeks per year)
Cambridge (CB5 8UU) Hybrid is optional but mainly office based.

A holistic approach to the purchasing, preparation, cooking and presentation of food is industry leading as is working in partnership with suppliers, parents, teachers, pupils and the local community. Term time only working plus a few flexible days
Company pension scheme
Placing recruitment advertisements, monitoring responses, screening candidates, and setting up interviews with the recruiting manager.
Receive, update and log employee documents in accordance with Data Protection Regulations.
Work with the HR Manager to implement a tracking system which mirrors essential employee information.
Managing HR and Attendance/Absence systems by working with a team of Operations Managers.
Supporting the HR Manager and the Operations team.
Help with HR telephone and email queries.
A professional and confident manner over the telephone.
Proficient user of Microsoft Packages - Outlook/Word/Excel/Explorer.
Previous HR administration experience for a minimum of two years is desired but not essential.
