As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be an integral part of their customer service department, responsible for providing excellent support to their valued customers. Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions
Escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary
Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using customer service software and systems
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidaysBenefits and Perks:
