A leading sports nutrition brand looking for someone to take ownership of an eCommerce P&L across Europe, leading on strategy & capability development for Amazon + other marketplaces.
This is a great opportunity if you're looking to broaden your international experience and move from a role that is purely focused on customer/account management, to one involving a combination of hands on customer management as well as delivering through a wider team.
You'll own the key relationships in the region - Amazon and other large marketplace customers - as well as advising and giving the right tools to local teams who can execute with customers. The business also has a central digital shared services / centre of excellence, so lots of the operational work with Amazon is handled by them.
We're looking for someone here who has experience working in a large, multination, matrix organisation - you'll need to really understand the commercial nuances of selling on Amazon, D2C and other marketplaces at the same time, e.g. the impact running a promotion via D2C will have on Amazon; or the impact a change on Amazon might have on Bol.com.
You'll also need the stakeholder management skills to navigate these questions internally, and get buy-in from teams with different goals in different regions.
Salary up to £65k basic with bonus + strong wider benefits package.
