In order to be successful as General Manager, applicants must:

  • Currently be at General Manager level within a restaurant or pub environment and have held this role in a progressive capacity.
  • A leader that is passionate about developing their team.
  • You must be looking to take this site to the next level and leave an unforgettable customer experience.
  • Have a great front of house presence, be an accepted leader and naturally inspire your team as General Manager.
  • Have a good understanding of business operations.
  • Love great food and good service
