Your Role:
As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, providing advanced support to a diverse user base utilizing Windows 7/10 and SCCM. You will also take on the role of Technical Lead, guiding and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and support to junior teams and projects.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Group Policy and AGPM.
- Utilize application packaging technologies effectively.
- Manage software distribution and deployment using Microsoft MECM.
- Operate within established business and security frameworks (ITIL, JSP, etc.).
- Lead initiatives focused on service improvement.
- Oversee MECM administration, including software distribution, OS deployment, and monthly updates.
- Conduct software and hardware compatibility testing.
- Ensure in-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 and application packaging technologies, including Installshield/Adminstudio and scripting (VBS, etc.).
- Possess ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
- Apply software testing methodologies using Sysinternals Tools, such as Procmon.

Employment Type:
This role is available as either a Permanent or Fixed Term Contract.
