Our People Function is continuing to evolve in step with the sustained success and growth of {my}dentist and we have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced and credible Senior HR Business Partner to join our highly respected HR team at {my}dentist.

This role will be a true Business Partner to our Support Centre Leadership and Exec teams, collaborating and working closely with the w@ider People Function to prov@ide strategic and operational HR expertise as well as taking the lead on the development and implementation of key propositions, aligned to the delivery of the People Plan and Business strategy.

The successful cand@idate will:

  • Quickly establish this new role within the HR structure and Senior HR team
  • Engage with and influence key stakeholders across Support Centre to foster a positive, high performance and colleague centric culture and environment
  • Be key in the design and evolution of our employee value proposition
  • Drive a variety of HR activities that will include the talent management and review process, organisational development, as well as employee engagement and wellbeing
  • Work closely with the w@ider People Function, and in particular L&D, to continuously develop clear career pathways supported by meaningful performance and development conversations
  • Ensure full engagement with cyclical employee processes such as the performance review conversations, annual pay review and bonus process and our annual survey

  • Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in Organisational Design and Employee Value Proposition development
  • Energised by and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Conf@ident to manage multiple tasks and priorities while working independently
  • A strong end to end project deliverer with an eye for detail and deadlines
  • Analytical in the presentation of industry and professional insights that inform and support the People Plan
  • Responsible for driving participation in the annual engagement survey and ongoing actions to embed a strong and positive working environment across our Support Centre teams
  • Proactive in supporting the implementation of, and engagement with, the system transformation across the support centre
