Head of Commercial Contracts and Legal

We are growing our team, and looking for an Head of Legal to join our rapidly expanding team. As the Head of Legal you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company's legal interests and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Main Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice and support to the management team on a wide range of legal matters, including commercial contracts, intellectual property, employment law and regulatory compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements, including supplier contracts, distribution agreements, and licensing agreements.
Advise on and manage litigation and dispute resolution matters
Manage and oversee the company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, copyrights and patents.
Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to maintain compliance.
Work closely with external lawyers and other advisors as necessary.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks


Requirements:

In House Counsel from 8 Years PQE with experience across commercial, employment, corporate and intellectual property.
Experience dealing directly with senior stakeholders within a business.
Previous online retail experience is a must
