Responsible for ensuring product quality standards are consistently maintained, reducing customer concerns and fabric rejects while ensuring a pro-active approach is taken to customer concerns by carrying out timely inspection and testing on non-conforming products.

To adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirements
Contain and report poor-quality fabric, ensuring issues are managed both physically and in the system to minimise customer impact.
Handle Quality helpdesk calls, record results, and maintain inspection databases.
Assess and monitor raw materials/fabric quality and communicate results to relevant departments.
Promote customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvement with a solution-focused approach.
Maintain accurate records and reporting, ensuring strong housekeeping standards.
Able to manage workload independently with minimal supervision.
