RCA Governance and Assurance Manager
Function: Risk, Compliance and Assurance

As the RCA Governance and Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding BT Business by managing risks and ensuring robust controls. You’ll work across all departments and regions, helping us maintain trust with our customers and achieve our objectives.
Manage the RCA governance framework and work with stakeholders to enhance it.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting, including Audit and Risk Committee decks, RME reports, and control dashboards.
Oversee data management within ARTEMIS.
Implement assurance methodologies and highlight key regulatory trends.
Experience in risk, compliance, or assurance in a large multinational company.
Ability to work effectively in a virtual team.
Strong data management and reporting abilities.
