The ideal candidate will have skills, passion, and experience in business development and be customer-centric and result-oriented. 

The Business Development Manager role is based out of our office in North Yorkshire; however, it will require extensive travel around the UK to meet with existing and potential customers.

The company will provide a laptop, phone, and personal car allowance. The successful candidate will also be enrolled in our company bonus scheme, which ensures every employee benefits when results are delivered.

Business Development Manager duties and responsibilities
Generate new prospects and leads
Identify new business opportunities 
Build strong client relationships
Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
Promote new products and service features and benefits
Oversee projects from initiation to delivery
Provide professional after-sales support 
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Update CRM with relevant customer and lead data
Provide regular business updates to company directors

Business Development Manager Requirements
Two years of experience in a business development role
Good negotiation skills
Understanding of CRM software
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Enthusiastic and passionate 
Full UK driving license
