As a Chief Executive Officer, you will work closely with the Founder to review the existing business plan, identify new markets, put together a growth strategy for the business and produce a pitch deck for future investment opportunities.
This role will initially be a 3-month project, with the view of moving to a permanent role.
The Role:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, including market penetration, expansion into new geographies, and the identification of new revenue streams (such as commercial litigation).
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders, such as law firms, litigation funders, and legal tech providers.
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centricity.
- Oversee sales, marketing, and business development functions to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure growth progress and ROI.
What you'll need:
- Proven track record in scaling high-growth technology companies, within the legal sector.
- Prior experience within commercial litigation.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.
- Deep understanding of the legal industry and the challenges faced by law firms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
