About Signal Ocean: Signal Ocean is the technology arm of the Signal Group. By securely handling and combining private and public shipping data flows, and applying advanced analytics, insights are delivered over web and mobile applications, as well as through a rich set of APIs and SDKs. Our backend architecture is abstracted to modularly offer deep analytics capabilities that are leveraged in the solutions that we offer or can be directly embedded in our client’s system topologies.
We are looking for a commercially minded HR professional, with experience across talent acquisition, employee development and engagement in the context of a dynamic tech environment. The ideal candidate has a holistic understanding of how HR contributes to overall business success, coupled with strong project management skills to execute initiatives end-to-end. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
HR Business Partnership:
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
Employee Development & Engagement:
Design and implement employee development programs that align with organizational needs.
Project Management: Lead or participate in cross-functional projects from concept to implementation, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution.
HR Operations: Ensure flawless execution of HR processes and compliance with policies and regulations. Drive continuous improvement in HR operations and systems.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in recruitment, and employee development.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive experience in talent acquisition and development; Ability to design, implement, and deliver projects end-to-end with a holistic understanding of business needs and impact.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
