This is a pivotal role ensuring that goods and services align with commercial, strategic, and customer needs while meeting quality standards, delivering value, and complying with regulatory and ESG requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement and vendor management frameworks aligned with business objectives. Design and execute procurement strategies, leading end-to-end sourcing and negotiations. Manage supplier relationships, ensuring value for money and risk mitigation. Deliver exceptional stakeholder service while managing procurement processes within risk appetite. Identify and drive cost efficiency and avoidance opportunities. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement lifecycle. Ensure governance and compliance with regulations and ESG requirements, supporting sustainable procurement. Oversee procurement risk management, including monitoring and reporting. Essential Requirements Strong understanding of procurement regulations, contract law, and supplier risk management. Proven experience developing and executing procurement strategies in a large organisation. Minimum 8+ years’ experience in procurement, with at least 3 years at managerial level. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial awareness. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
