The Director, International Benefits is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and governance of employee benefit programs across all international locations. The Director partners closely with regional HR teams, external consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver consistent and equitable benefits experiences worldwide.
Program Management
Oversee international health, retirement, wellness, and paid time off programs.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Partner with Legal and regional HR teams to monitor regulatory changes and mitigate risks.
Partner with regional HR leaders to tailor benefits to local needs while maintaining global consistency.
Use data to evaluate program effectiveness, utilization, and cost trends.
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
