Your new role Arranging and booking appointments. Management of emails into a central inbox. Meeting and greeting people coming into the unit. Managing the filing system. Managing and updating files. Maintaining confidentiality of documents. Typing up reports. Uploading medical reports to an in-house system. Completing day-to-day admin. What you'll need to succeed Excellent customer service. Administration experience. The ability to adapt to different situations. Work well within a team. Proactive approach to work. What you'll get in return Flexible working hours, 36.25 per week. £15.33 per hour premium Flexible working hours 6 months initially.
