Administrator based in Chorley, Monday-Friday, 36.25 hours, £15.33 per hour premium

Your new company
This public sector emergency services organisation, based in Chorley, is currently recruiting an Occupational Health Administrator. The companies' main values are to provide prevention and protection across the community. They respond to emergencies quickly and competently, putting the community first whilst maintaining integrity. This is an excellent company to work for.
Your new role
Arranging and booking appointments.Management of emails into a central inbox.Meeting and greeting people coming into the unit.Managing the filing system.Managing and updating files.Maintaining confidentiality of documents.Typing up reports.Uploading medical reports to an in-house system.Completing day-to-day admin.
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent customer service.Administration experience.The ability to adapt to different situations.Work well within a team.Proactive approach to work.
What you'll get in return
Flexible working hours, 36.25 per week.£15.33 per hour premiumFlexible working hours 6 months initially.
