About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reflective Occupational Therapist to join our team at Priory Group, a leading provider of behavioural care and specialist support services.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work alongside an established team to develop your varied occupational therapy skills, across a range of core areas, including physical therapy, and within secure mental health services.

You will have the opportunity to work with a range of complex male patients, including those with mental illnesses, personality disorders, significant physical health impairments, and cognitive impairments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment pathways for patients with complex mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide positive psychology approaches and promote long-term change
  • Contribute to the development of occupational therapy skills and knowledge within the team
  • Participate in on-site training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise
