Your new role
Arranging and booking appointments.Management of emails into a central inbox.Meeting and greeting people coming into the unit.Managing the filing system.Managing and updating files.Maintaining confidentiality of documents.Typing up reports.Uploading medical reports to an in-house system.Completing day-to-day admin.
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent customer service.Administration experience.The ability to adapt to different situations.Work well within a team.Proactive approach to work.
What you'll get in return
Flexible working hours, 36.25 per week.£15.33 per hour premiumFlexible working hours 6 months initially.
