A public sector client is seeking a Senior User Researcher to work on a major product undergoing development for partners they have within other area's of the government.

You will:

Recruit participants for user research and schedule research for a product/service
Plan and lead user research activities across multiple or complex products and services
Conduct user research to provide insights that inform the creation or iteration of products and services
Lead the analysis and synthesis of user research findings using a range of methodologies and techniques
Present findings and user insights to wide varieties of senior stakeholders, teams and users to help align and inform decision-making
Support Product Managers with insights to prioritise UX resources efficiently
Align user research activities with business needs to inform service propositions
Recommend the best tools and approaches to understand the user needs
Be an active member of the UX practice to help embed and grow a user-centred culture across the organisation


Senior User Researcher
Up to £575 per day, inside IR35
Remote - 1 day per month in Devon office.
Occasional travel to sites across UK, fully expensed
