We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded independent commercial broker in Scotland who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to join their team. You'll be based from their Perth or Glasgow office. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of commercial clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions and maintaining high standards of service. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management and strategic advice. Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, providing expert advice and tailored insurance solutions. Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide strategic recommendations to clients. Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as an Account Executive within the commercial insurance sector. Comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance products, markets, and risk management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
