As the Product Owner for our psychometric assessment suite, you will have a key role in shaping and advancing our assessment products and technology, including AI solutions. You will lead the complete project management process for product development initiatives and studies, ensuring their successful execution from inception to delivery. Operating with a significant level of independence, you will contribute strategic insights and supervise intricate development projects.

WHAT WILL YOU BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR?

  • Product owner of the CORE assessment suite
  • Lead the development and enhancement of assessment products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including experts in psychometrics, technology, and consulting.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle for creating assessment and development solutions, from gathering requirements to launch, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making, allowing for independent and efficient project navigation.
  • Evaluate and update assessment norms to ensure the validity and relevance of products, while also exploring opportunities to enhance flexibility in assessment approaches.
  • Apply your deep understanding of psychometrics to contribute to the design and validation of assessment tools, maintaining the highest standards of reliability and validity.

*This is a remote home-based role for candidates based in Europe only.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Master's degree in social sciences (IO psychology preferred)
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience within the consulting and human capital sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects, demonstrating excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and make well-informed decisions to drive project success.
  • Proven expertise with psychometrics, including the ability to understand and lead the design and validation of assessment tools. Comfortable using or is interested in learning to use SPSS/Jamovi/R (or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Technical ability to effectively communicate business requirements with technology teams. Sound understanding of assessment-related software.
  • Experience in building and managing assessment systems or platforms with focus on user experience would be ideal.
  • Any previous exposure to Artificial Intelligence solutions would be desirable.
  • Strategic thinking and a keen eye for innovation and improvement.
