The Project Support Officer is an essential member of the Professional Services Team who will have great attention to detail, a flexible attitude to work and ability to work to tight deadlines with changing priorities.

Maintain project toolsets, ensuring adherence to company processes
Keep project data up-to-date ensuring relevant information is recorded appropriately and promptly
Manage and update the CRM daily
Communicate project information to team members and customers
Act as first point of contact for customers with project queries, ensuring issues are escalated as required to the Professional Services Project Manager
Provide all relevant supporting documentation in a timely manner
Manage travel arrangements, travel investigation for complex travel, visa arrangements
Knowledge and experience in Stakeholder Management
Previous use of maintaining records on a CRM/Database applications
Proficiency in working with the Microsoft Office suite
Enthusiastic, flexible, collaborative attitude
Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
Effective communication and relationship building
Confident telephone manner
