The Role:
You will be responsible for supporting all sales operations activities, including sales forecasting, reporting and making sure sales teams are appropriately maintaining accurate sales activity records.
Booking and managing sales meetings, managing and reporting on sales qualified leads.
Working with colleagues in Marketing to ensure a prompt seamless customer experience in the sales cycle.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing sales data analysis and reviewing metrics
- Interpreting and presenting data results
- Developing detailed sales forecasting
- Managing product and sales database
- Analysing and reporting on customer performance and customer experience
- Providing support to sales and marketing department
- Ensuring compliance activities are in place
- Managing the bid office
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an analyst
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
