Previous experience working in a luxury retail service environment is an essential requirement for this position.
Contract Type: Full-time, 5 shifts a week on a rotating shift pattern, equating to 40 hours over a 7-day week. Permanent contract. Flexibility on weekends essential.
Driving sales into the store and creating a vibrant atmosphere.
• Helping with visual displays within the store.
• Supporting promotions, events and launches to deliver the intended experience for customers.
• Meeting individual and team sales goals.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean, clear of any H&S hazards, and contributing to essential sales tasks.
• Working with colleagues to monitor store security.
• Assisting in all areas of stock shipping/receiving policies and paperwork.
• Providing customer service support using Hero virtual shopping.
• Previous experience working in a luxury retail service environment (essential).
• Flexible availability in relation to rotating shift patterns and hours. (Understanding the importance of promoting and reflecting the image of a luxury brand.
