Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in driving HR strategy and fostering a positive work environment within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor the HR team, consisting of an HR Advisor, HR Junior, and HR Generalist. Provide strategic direction and ensure the team's professional development aligns with the company's goals.
HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company’s objectives. Work closely with senior management to drive initiatives related to talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, and performance management.
Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies. Act as a point of escalation for the HR team on sensitive matters.
Recruitment & Talent Management: Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent. Develop talent management strategies, including succession planning and workforce development programs.
Ensure the company adheres to all legal and regulatory HR requirements. Keep up to date with changes in employment law and industry standards, implementing necessary changes to policies and procedures.
Training & Development: Identify training needs across the organization and work with the HR team to implement effective training programs. Ensure continuous professional development for all employees.
