**Monitoring**
**- Ensure Inventory/Stock management targets are met.**
**- Carry out daily inspections of stock within the stores, goods in and production areas in order to determine potential volume or life issues and adjust future orders as necessary**
**- Monitor, quality, accuracy and timeliness of all materials orders to ensure customer commitments are met**
**- Ensure that inventories are kept up to date and communicated accordingly and any issues reported to the relevant Department Manager or your Line Manager**
**Reporting**
- Determine production plans and schedules based on customer orders, forecasting and set parameters
- Report and work in association with the manufacturing team in order to resolve any supply issues which may arise
**Administration**
- Update necessary systems to reflect daily and weekly stock information.
- Always arrange for the delivery of necessary materials taking in to account lead times to ensure stock availability
- Issue and update where required orders to the supply base working within agreed time scales and plans
- Ensure effective stock control in order to achieve 100% factory supply whilst minimizing waste
- Liaise with the Goods in Department to resolve any stock or delivery issues which arise
- Ensure all materials required for product launches are raised within set targets
- Provide monthly reports to your direct Line Manager concerning waste, de-list information and stock levels
**Communication**
**- Prepare periodic reports on management/production issues and updates to your Line Manager**
**- Maintain effective communication with other Seniors, Peers, direct reports and other staff internal and external to the organisation**
**- Assist with the preparation, update and communication of the buying schedule**
**Other**
**- To be responsible for identifying own training and development needs in liaison with your Line Manager and Human Resources**
**- Be responsible for your own administration as part of your job role**

- Ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
- Organized and methodical thinker - good problem-solving skills.
- High level of IT & MS office skills.
- Self motivated & highly resilient.
**Salary**: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
