We specialize in empowering individuals and businesses through innovative lending solutions, backed by a strong commitment to financial excellence and customer satisfaction. Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Finance Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days a week in office). As a Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning and analysis initiatives, utilizing advanced planning tools such as Anaplan, Vena, Datarails, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, particularly in the lending space, and possess a keen eye for detail coupled with analytical prowess. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts using planning tools such as Anaplan, Vena, Datarails, etc.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to key stakeholders on financial performance.
  • Support strategic decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial reports and analyses.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in planning tools such as Anaplan, Vena, Datarails, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the lending space is highly desirable, or wider Financial Services.
