One of our most exciting clients are currently seeking a driven and experienced Territory Sales Specialist to join a growing team within the surgical solutions space. This is a field-based role focused on building strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and clinics, driving sales growth, and supporting product usage in operating rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, KOLs, and OR stakeholders within the assigned territory.
- Provide in-theatre support, ensuring optimal product usage and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
- Work closely with procurement teams, pharmacists, and administrators to ensure product availability.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales experience within operating theatres and clinics.
- Existing relationships within general surgery, neurosurgery, HPB, cardiothoracic, or urosurgery.
- Experience working within NHS Trusts and private healthcare environments.
- Haemostasis/Biosurgery experience is highly desirable.
- Must be territory-based with flexibility to travel extensively.
